What is the time frame for customer support department to contact me regarding my concerns?
Our customer department will contact you or resolve your concerns within 24~48 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. If you would like to pay via Paypal, check, or money order, contact customersupport@v2w.com for info on alternate payment methods.

Do you ship internationally? We will not be shipping internationally during our pre-launch.

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the Federal Express, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates.

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We ship via the FedEx service. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in your address during checkout and click continue. The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their price.

I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt.
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, DO NOT just mail it back to us. Please contact us at customersupport@v2w.com with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.

How do I exchange a shirt I purchased?
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The packing slip that was included with your order has the instructions for an exchange at the bottom of the page. If you no longer have the packing slip you can email us at exchange@v2w.com and we can let you know how to exchange your shirt.

How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at customersupport@v2w.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email customersupport@v2w.com and we can confirm that the order was placed.

Do your shirts ever go on backorder?
We keep all our shirts in stock but sometimes we temporarily run out of a certain size of a design. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any out of stock situation. We will usually get the shirt back in stock within a week. Often our new shirt for the week is not yet in stock, hence the discount for pre-ordering it. This is always noted in the description. If you order a design that is up for pre-order, expect it to be delayed 1 – 2 weeks. If your order contains one or more shirts that are out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until all the shirts are in stock.

Do you sell shirts wholesale?
Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at customersupport @v2w.com. Please include your contact information, what store you are purchasing for, and a valid employer ID number.

Are you looking for new models?
We are always on the lookout for new models. If you are interested, please send a variety of pictures of yourself to us at admin@v2w.com . Include the city you are located in, and any other info you think we will find helpful. The more pictures that you include, the better. They do not need to be professional shots. In fact, we prefer at least some pictures of you hanging out, goofing off, smiling, and having fun.
